Business Model & Market

One engine, two go-to-market motions: license the VIN navigation stack onto hardware we don't build, or manufacture and sell complete autonomous aircraft and Swarm Launch systems with VIN embedded. Either path monetizes the same core R&D.

Business Model

  • Path A — Software/kit license. VIN + VINgate sold as a kit attach onto mass-produced airframes and existing flight controllers. The OEM keeps its airframe business; we license the navigation stack per unit or on subscription.
  • Path B — Full-stack systems. ChaserAI designs, manufactures, and sells complete autonomous aircraft and Swarm Launch cassette/launcher hardware with VIN embedded — priced and delivered as a turnkey system, not a component.
  • Same underlying R&D (VIN) funds both axes; which one leads revenue in a given program depends on whether the counterparty wants to integrate our stack or buy a finished system.
  • Kit-attach pricing benchmarks against airframe BOM (per-unit or subscription); full-stack systems price per platform plus manufacturing margin.
  • Both axes compound the same proof: every flight in the Flight Log validates VIN regardless of which business line eventually sells it.

Market

Category: low-altitude autonomous navigation across multirotor, fixed-wing, VTOL, loitering munition, cargo and reconnaissance UAV.

  • Axis A: VIN kit attach on mass-produced airframes
